Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Trusted Couriers & Tracking: All domestic orders are shipped via trusted couriers, and tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.

Delivery Times: Orders within Lagos are delivered in 2 business days. Orders outside Lagos (within Nigeria) arrive within 5 business days.
You will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping

Trusted Couriers & Tracking: All orders ship via reputable global couriers with tracking provided.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery depends on the courier, destination, and customs; processing takes 2–5 business days.

Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees.

Luxury Packaging: Every order comes in Sean Haygins signature packaging for a premium unboxing experience.


 

Return Policy 

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, as new conditions, with original packaging and tags intact.

Sale items, personalized, or altered pieces are final and cannot be returned.


Return procedure

Simply email us at info@seanhaygins.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Reason for return

Once we confirm your return request, we’ll provide you with instructions. After you’ve shipped your item, please send us your return tracking number so we can process it quickly.


 

Return payments

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any courier or brokerage fees. We recommend using a traceable service to ensure your item reaches us safely, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Currently, we do not provide return labels, so customers arrange and pay for their own returns. 
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will promptly issue a refund for the original purchase.


To Exchange of items

  1. Place a new order for the replacement item.
  2. Return the original item following the standard return process.
  3. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the original item.

 

Damage Items 

Please contact us immediately at info@seanhaygins.com with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue swiftly and with care.


What items cannot be returned or exchanged?
Provided that the item is delivered to the customer in good condition, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Personalized, customized, or altered products
  • Items that show signs of use or wear
  • Embellished products
